Wire clip mechanisms with pen holder - new version with many advantages

Our new wire clip mechanisms with integrated pen holder are particularly practical as they offer two functions in one article:
A wire clip mechanism that you can mount on your clipboard to clamp loose leaves and a pen holder that holds your pen in place.
to the products

You can simply clip your writing instrument into the plastic clip, which is mounted on the front of the wire clip mechanism.
Your pen is always at hand and can not be lost anymore.
Gone searching for a pen!
You also do not need to mount an additional pen holder on your clipboard. You therefore save both the cost of the pen holder, as well as the cost of mounting the pen holder.
The flexible plastic pen holder holds pens with a diameter of approx. 7 - 15 mm and is therefore suitable for almost all common pens.

For some time we have been introducing wire clip mechanisms with an integrated pen holder in our assortment (Art. 323/100-1020 and Art. 323/120-1020).
These have a metal loop for fixing writing instruments.

Our new wire clip mechanisms with a plastic clip as a pen holder offer you two advantages, compared to the version with metal loop:

On the one hand, you can now also attach writing instruments with a rubberized handle. The insertion of rubberized pens into the metal loop of the old version was troublesome. This is no longer a problem with the new wire clip mechanism with integrated plastic pen holder.

The second advantage is that the pen holder is now mounted on the front of the wire clip mechanism.
The metal loop of the old version is attached where else the hanger is mounted. Therefore, it was not possible to get pen holder and hanger at the same time on a wire clip mechanism.
The plastic clip of the new version is attached directly to the wire hanger. Thus, a hanger can still be installed on the wire clip mechanism and you can easily hang your clipboard.
You will get the new wire clip mechanisms with pen holders both with and without hanger.

Binding screws - now even more accurate

So far, the shortest lengths for our binding screws were 2 and 3.5 mm. Binding screws with the intermediate sizes 2.5 and 3 mm were only available as special versions. The regular enquiries of our customers have shown, however, that there is a great need for binding screws with these intermediate lengths, in order to bind even small contents clean. For this reason, we have decided to include the binding screws with 2.5 and 3 mm version as standard in our program. From now on, you can even better match the version of your binding screws to your product.

Binding screws are a very handy tool for joining loose leaves. So you bind with the help of binding screws quite comfortable menus, fan flyers, sample collections or invitation cards. Binding screws are available in many different lengths and are therefore ideal for both small quantities, such as invitation cards, as well as for large quantities, as in sample collections. The leaves need only be punched and they can be connected by binding screws. If the screw head is screwed into the sleeve part, your sheets are protected against falling out. If necessary, the screw heads can be loosened again to add or replace sheets.

Binding screws are available from us in almost all desired lengths (capacities). As standard type from 2 to 150 mm. The two shortest lengths were previously 2 and 3.5 mm. But even with a small version, e.g. with multi-page flyers or invitation cards, not much material remains, which could be compressed to make the binding screws flush.
However, a precise fit of the binding screws is urgently needed to achieve a clean bond. If the capacity of the binding screws is too large, the bound pages are too loose and slip on the binding screw back and forth. If the capacity of the binding screws is too small, the screw head can not be completely screwed into the screw sleeve and the connection can quickly be accidentally released.

We have now also included the 2.5 mm and 3 mm version binding screws as the standard grade in our program so that you can bind small quantities of filling material flush with binding screws.
